Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EasyReports, we are committed to delivering reliable Business Intelligence and Reporting Solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing subscription cancellations and refund requests for EasyReports products and services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may choose not to renew their EasyReports subscription upon the completion of the current subscription term. Upon expiration of the subscription period, the customer may request termination of the software connection, access, support services, and associated contractual obligations by providing written notice to EasyReports.

Cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the active subscription period. No additional renewal charges will be applied after cancellation confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

EasyReports offers a refund under the following condition:

  • If a software defect, bug, or technical issue reported by the customer materially affects the core functionality of the purchased software; and
  • EasyReports is unable to provide a fix, workaround, or resolution within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the issue is formally reported and acknowledged by our support team.

In such cases, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the subscription amount paid for the affected subscription period.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  • Submit a written request to EasyReports Support.
  • Provide details of the reported issue.
  • Cooperate with the EasyReports technical team during troubleshooting and investigation.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable period.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Software implementation services
  • Custom report development
  • Customizations and integrations
  • Data migration services
  • Training and consulting services
  • Third-party software or licensing costs

5. Service Access During Subscription Period

Customers will continue to receive access to subscribed services and support during the active subscription term unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

6. Policy Updates

EasyReports reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the official EasyReports website and will become effective upon publication.
